The 2019 IAAF World Championships will take place in Doha, Qatar from September 27th-October 6th. This will be the first World Championships to be contested in September/October as well as the first time the championships will be contested in the Middle East. The championships will be hosted inside the newly renovated Khalifa International Stadium. The World Championships are a biennial event with over 200 countries represented.
